West Virginia Publishes Mailing Information for Forms 1099-G and 1099-INT

The West Virginia State Tax Department published Administrative Notice 2019-16, which details the mailing information for Forms 1099-G and 1099-INT for tax year 2018. The notice states that 1099-G and 1099-INT forms will be mailed for refunds and interest paid during the course of the tax year, and also defines specific scenarios which may also be categorized as a “refund” for 1099-G purposes.
