New Jersey has released its 2018 NJ-WT, their Income Tax Withholding Instructions. There are a small number of changes from the previous revision:

  • Form W-2Cs should now be included with Form NJ-W-3.
  • New instructions on Correcting Form NJ-W-3

o   If filing a corrected W-2, 1099-R, 1099-MISC, W-2G, etc. affects the number of employees, income, or withholdings reported on your original NJ-W-3, submit a corrected Form NJ-W-3 clearly marked “AMENDED.”

  • If filing a corrected W-2, 1099-R, 1099-MISC, W-2G, etc. affects the number of employees, income, or withholdings reported on your original NJ-W-3, submit a corrected Form NJ-W-3 clearly marked “AMENDED.”
